If it is the legal representative, in addition to an official identification, they must exhibit an original or certified copy of the power of attorney granted by the holder.

- The request should contain a precise description of the ARCO Right being exercised, the address, phone number, and email (if applicable) of the requester, and must contain the autograph signature of the requester or their legal representative.
- c) How many days will it take to respond to your request?
- Within 30 business days from the receipt of the request.
- d) How will we communicate the response to your request?
- By written notice sent to the address provided in your request, by phone, or by email.
- e) In what media can the Personal Data you provide be reproduced?
- By written notice, phone, or digital file.
