What purposes will we use your personal data for?

The personal data we collect from you ("Personal Data") will be used for the following purposes necessary for the service you request:

- To verify and confirm your identity.

- To create a patient record at Dental Directory.

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following secondary purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but which allow us to provide you with better attention:

- To allow our partners to contact you regarding the support services they can offer.

If you do not want your Personal Data to be used for these secondary purposes, please send a written request to Dental Directory's email. Refusal to use your Personal Data for these purposes cannot be a reason for us to deny the services and products you request or contract with us.

How can you access, rectify, cancel your personal data, or object to its use?

Rights to Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition to your personal data ("ARCO Rights")

Access: You have the right to know what personal data we have about you. You can also know for what purposes we use them and the conditions of use we give them.

Rectification: It is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete.

Cancellation: You have the right to have your data removed from our records or databases when you believe that the information is not being used properly.

Opposition: You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit the respective request in writing at the DESTINATIONS' address, or by sending an email to the following address:

Regarding the procedure and requirements for exercising your ARCO Rights, we inform you of the following:

- a) How can the holder and, where appropriate, their legal representative, prove their identity and, if applicable, the latter's personality?

- Electronically, by emailing. In the case of the holder, they must attach an official identification issued by the federal government (voter's card, passport, residence card, etc.). If it is the legal representative, in addition to an official identification, they must exhibit an original or certified copy of the power of attorney granted by the holder.

- b) What information should the request contain?

- The request should contain a precise description of the ARCO Right being exercised, the address, phone number, and email (if applicable) of the requester, and must contain the autograph signature of the requester or their legal representative.

- c) How many days will it take to respond to your request?

- Within 30 business days from the receipt of the request.

- d) How will we communicate the response to your request?

- By written notice sent to the address provided in your request, by phone, or by email.

- e) In what media can the Personal Data you provide be reproduced?

- By written notice, phone, or digital file.

How can you revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data?

You can revoke your consent for the processing of your Personal Data at any time. However, please note that not in all cases will we be able to comply with your request or immediately end the use, as it is possible that for some legal obligation we require you to continue processing your Personal Data. Additionally, you should consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we can no longer provide you with the service you requested or the termination of your relationship with us. The revocation must be made by written notice sent to DESTINATIONS' email.
